If you wish to change your order, the possibility depends on its current status:
1. Before Receiving a Tracking Number:
- If you haven't received a tracking number via email, please contact us through our Contact Form. We'll consult with our Fulfillment Center to determine if the modification is feasible and inform you of the outcome within 24 to 48 business hours.
2. After Receiving a Tracking Number:

If the shipment status is "Label Created" or "The shipment notification has been sent":
- Reach out to us via our Contact Form. We'll check with our Fulfillment Center to see if changes are still possible and update you within 24 to 48 business hours.

If the shipment status has progressed beyond the initial stages:
- Please understand that once the package has left our Fulfillment Center and is in transit, modifications may no longer be possible. However, we'll make every effort to assist you.
