Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. This can happen for several reasons:

Incorrect or Outdated Address:
- If the shipping address provided is incorrect or outdated, the package may be stored by the courier for a certain period before being returned to us. To prevent this, please double-check your address when placing an order.

Unrecognized Address Format:
- Our system might not recognize the way an address was entered, or the package was assigned to a carrier that can't deliver to that address.

Restricted Addresses:
- Deliveries to prisons, correctional facilities, or similar institutions may be subject to specific restrictions, leading to a return.

Failed Delivery Attempts:
- Most carriers make multiple delivery attempts. If they cannot successfully deliver your package, it will be returned to us.

Recipient Refusal:
- If a gift recipient isn't expecting a package, they might refuse the delivery, causing it to be sent back.

If You Provided an Incorrect Shipping Address:
- Before Shipment: Contact us immediately through our Contact Form so we can attempt to correct the address before the order ships.
- After Shipment: Submit a ticket via our Contact Form. We will evaluate if sending a replacement is possible; however, please note that it's not guaranteed, as all sales are final and refunds cannot be granted.

- For minor spelling mistakes (e.g., "Loa Angeles" instead of "Los Angeles"), your local post office may still be able to deliver the package. Please contact them for assistance.

If the Street Name, Zip Code, and/or City Are Incorrect:
- We will contact your local post office on your behalf to make the necessary corrections. If no longer possible, we will send a replacement.
Please note that we cannot re-ship orders returned to us as undeliverable for the reasons listed above, except for cases where we can correct the address as mentioned. If you still wish to purchase the same items, please place a new order on our website.
